Ship pronouns

Royal Caribbean ships are gender neutral entities. We do not call a ship “her” or “she”. Use the “it” pronoun, “ship” or just the name of the ship.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Avoid using an apostrophe with the ship name, whether in a possessive or contracted form.

shipwide (ship term)

Used to describe features or events that apply/occur across all areas of a given ship. Example, shipwide Wi-Fi.
