Dates
Always spell out the month if there is space.
Numeric dates such as 4/30/26 should only be applied in grids or in circumstances where space is limited.
Always include the year unless there is a reason to make an exception.
Standard format is Month, Day, Year:
January 3, 2027
For numerical date ranges within the same month use a hyphen with a space on each side:
April 1 – 30, 2026
For numerical date ranges that span more than one month, use a dash with one space on each side:
April 24 — May 30, 2026
